Refund Policy

At Genesis Medical Coding Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and student support. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our content, all course sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. No refunds will be provided for deposits, digital content, online courses, instructor-led sessions, non-attendance, printed books/materials, etc.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

• Changing your mind
• Deciding not to complete the course
• Not being able to access or log in due to your device or internet connection
• Or any other scenarios

3. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments. We do not offer partial refunds or cancellations mid-plan once course access has been granted.
